HiberniaEvros has a philosophy to project management - do not burden the project with too much complexity that can be detrimental to the successful delivery and flow of projects. We are also flexible, in that while we have our own methodology which is tried and tested, we are more than capable of using any methodologies or project governance procedures that our customer may want to use.

Our project management methodology is based on the principles behind the Prince 2 Project Management approach, but includes modifications where necessary to best fit the needs of the project in hand.

Our standardised working methodologies are based on Industry best practices that we engage for the successful delivery of projects of all sizes. Our methodology is flexible and can be modelled to meet the needs of the project without burdening it with a rigid approach that may not suit the specific environment.
