Access to a professionally staffed Service Desk
Whenever you have a problem, you contact our fully staffed, dedicated service desk. Our trained engineers will try and fix your problem there and then, or schedule an engineer to visit you.
Business Hours Cover
The service is available during standard business hours - 9:00-5:30, 5 days a week. Extensions to this can be arranged for an additional fee.
Hardware Support
Our nationwide team of engineers are on hand to repair your equipment onsite or provide replacements to keep your business running, if anything needs to be removed for detailed repair.
Remote software Support
We will monitor your servers to resolve problems before they arise.
No Long term contract
We will not tie you into a restrictive long term contract. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our service, you can end the agreement with just 1 months notice.
