Onsite Systems Management
Remote Systems Management is included in the OmniSource foundation – if required we can manage the systems at your premises.
Data Back-Up, Test and Restore
For peace of mind it is essential that your back up regime is regularly tested to ensure it is still providing you with the security you require to meet operational and legislative requirements. At intervals agreed with you, we will perform backups, test their validity and then restore them to ensure all data is recoverable.
Hardware Support and Warranty Delivery
We can offer a full hardware break/fix maintenance service provided by a nationwide team of engineers. We can also offer warranty support for some manufacturers.
 24x7 Service
Normal business hours cover is included in the OmniSource Foundation. If required you can extend this to full 24x7 cover.
Security Services
We can provide security experts to assess your infrastructure to ensure that you are protected against security threats. Typically this includes checking virus protection, firewalls and user authorisation and access levels. Ongoing checks can then be scheduled as part of your OmniSource service.
Printer Management
Printing can often be a mission-critical part of an organisation’s IT infrastructure. Our Printer Management service can offer real savings on your printing costs.
AntiSpam (MiMail)
MiMail is the HiberniaEvros hosted email spam filtering service. This can help eliminate the costs and threats associated with unwanted and malicious email.
3rd Party Vendor Management
We can fully assume responsibility for the relationship with your infrastructure suppliers – including support issues, escalation, negotiations, etc. This means we will become the only IT supplier you ever have to deal with again.
Support for COTS applications
Your Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) applications such as email, CRM, financial management systems etc are a critical part of your infrastructure. We can offer support for most standard applications.
Support for bespoke applications
You may use bespoke applications. Following a handover period, we will be able to assume full responsibility for support for these from your previous supplier.
Draw Down DaysYour OmniSource agreement can include a number of pre-agreed draw down days to give you cost control over future IT projects and implementations.
