Dublin October 2009: In order to meet the demand for outsourcing services from companies with between 25 and 250 employees, HiberniaEvros is pleased to launch OmniSource - a flexible outsourcing service that has been designed to offer both cost savings and continual service improvement.

This identifies what the business needs and what they currently have. We then determine the exact true cost of the existing provision and alongside service levels, we also agree cost reduction targets that the service will meet during our management of it."
All outsourcing contracts will comprise the OmniSource foundation. This comprises all the ingredients essential for successful outsourcing - such as continual monitoring, service level improvement activities and remote management. The user then defines a tailored service by adding a selection of service options. These options include items such as extended support hours, application support, onsite systems management and hardware support - all delivered by the HiberniaEvros team of highly skilled and trained engineers.
