Based on agreed Service Levels, our team will respond to any issues or requests. |
| Monitoring of IT environment | Once we take on responsibility for your infrastructure we will continually monitor it so we can identify and fix issues before they cause problems for you and your business |
| Infrastructure Health Checks | Prevention is better than cure! We will run regular health checks to ensure that your infrastructure is operating properly with no immediate – or possible medium term - threats to its continued operation . |
| Patch Management | IT vendors regularly release software patches. We will assess these and apply them in accordance to their importance to your business. You will be kept fully informed of any major patches and we guarantee to avoid any disruption to your business wherever possible. |
