The OmniSource foundation is a range of key service elements that are essential to a successful outsourcing contract. They are included as standard in all OmniSource engagements to provide the basis of your specifically tailored outsourcing service:

 

Customer Service Delivery Manager Your named Service Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring you get the service you need. Talk to them at any time about any issues, concerns or plans for the future. They are your representative.  They will also report to you regularly on the service, just as an in-house IT Manager would be expected to do.
Full Infrastructure Service Delivery & ResponsibilityThe HiberniaEvros OmniSource team will assume full responsibility for the delivery of your IT operations, so you can focus on what you need from your IT infrastructure, instead of worrying about the details of how it will be done.
Remote Systems ManagementTo speed up resolution of issues and problems, we will manage the systems remotely from our OmniSource management centre. Wherever possible, we aim to resolve the majority of issues in this way.
Continual Service ImprovementBy combining information from our service desk logs with output from regular user surveys, we will continually monitor the service we provide to identify areas of improvement.
Access to ITIL Service DeskITIL is the internationally recognised standard for excellent IT service provision. Our dedicated ITIL Service Desk is staffed by experienced support engineers and is the main point of contact between your users and our service. Based on agreed Service Levels, our team will respond to any issues or requests.
Monitoring of IT environmentOnce we take on responsibility for your infrastructure we will continually monitor it so we can identify and fix issues before they cause problems for you and your business
Infrastructure Health ChecksPrevention is better than cure! We will run regular health checks to ensure that your infrastructure is operating properly with no immediate – or possible medium term - threats to its continued operation .
Patch ManagementIT vendors regularly release software patches. We will assess these and apply them in accordance to their importance to your business. You will be kept fully informed of any major patches and we guarantee to avoid any disruption to your business wherever possible.
