HiberniaEvros IT Resourcing Services were formally launched at the Monster Career Fair at the RDS, Dublin in early November.

Designed to provide a professional, flexible service to both employer and contractor, HiberniaEvros Resourcing Services has been created to provide a real alternative to the traditional recruitment agencies and contract agencies.

We take time to understand the customer, their needs and objectives. Using this information, we help them define their exact staffing requirements. Following a rigorous interview process, we also take time to understand the strengths and experiences of our candidates.

As a result of this, we do not waste our customer's time by referring unsuitable candidates nor do we waste the time of our candidates by sending them for inappropriate interviews.

We also use an innovative on-line portal that allows our candidates to manage their calendars so we know immediately when they are available.
