Hardware (Break/Fix) Maintenance

Taking out a Hardware (or Break/Fix) Maintenance contract with HiberniaEvros gives you access to a team of highly experienced engineers based around Ireland.

As soon as a contract is agreed, we will audit your requirements and ensure we have an adequate supply of spare parts and replacements in stock.

We offer a variety of service levels depending on your specific requirements.

We are also accredited to offer warranty support for some vendors so your repairs will be carried out under warranty where appropriate.


How it works
When a problem occurs you will report it via our Service Desk. They may ask some questions for clarification to ensure the nature of the problem is accurately recorded. A field engineer is then dispatched to you.

Where feasible, the engineer will attempt to repair the fault onsite, but in some cases this may be too time consuming and provide disruption to your business. In this case, they may offer to provide a temporary replacement to minimise that disruption.

For any complex issues, they may be escalated to the vendor or to our team of in house technology consultants. In this case, the service desk will keep you informed of progress.
