With an interest in electronics that resulted in him qualifying as a ships radio officer, Bob started a 25 year career in the IT industry as a field service engineer for Wang Ireland. After moving into sales for another manufacturer, Bob set up Hibernia Computer Services in 1990.
In this role, Bob specialised in advising Irish organisations on how best to embrace and benefit from the new PC-based IT technologies being developed and introduced at that time. This focus on providing the latest technology to Irish businesses became the main driver as the company grew and expanded.
As Joint MD of HiberniaEvros, Bob continues to provide the same focus and emphasis on ensuring his customers have access to the best available and most appropriate technology.
