Shared Helpdesk -
Resources providing the service are off site and shared amongst other companies requiring an Outsourced Service Desk. Where desk-side support is required, the resolution will be either to deploy to site or pass back to the customer on site team. This is dependent on the contract in place.

Dedicated Helpdesk -
Resources are dedicated to One Customer only. Provision of the service can be either on site or off site as required, with desk side support being resolved by the dedicated team if On-site or passed back to the customer team as required if off site.
